An Array Of Premium Movie Reviews

It used to be that you had to go to the video store to get a movie. The next generation it seems will be getting their movies from movie downloads, avoiding any trips to the store. You will find just about any movie you want with a good movie download site, below is a small sample.

The Night of the Triffids: Meteor exhibit blinds everyone who watched, when transmutes experimental plants into mammoth, strolling man-eaters. This was based on John Wyndham's classic sci-fi novel. Changeable and is absurd as it gets. Cast includes Howard Keel, Nicole Maurey, Janette Scott, Kieron Moore, and Mervyn Johns. (95 minutes, 1963)

The Marine: In South Carolina, escaping diamond robbers make the blunder of abducting the spouse Carlson of a lately expulsed Marine Cena, who doggedly chases them down freeways and through marshes, regardless of everything in scene bursting in impressive fireballs. Patrick is fun as the satirical scoundrel. Cast includes John Cena, Robert Patrick, Kelly Carlson, Anthony Ray Parker, Abigail Bianca, Jerome Ehlers, Manu Bennett, and Damon Gibson. (93 minutes, 2006)

Clouds Over Europe: This 1950s B-film premise is excellent. 2008-fashion through the lens of a video camcorder clutched by a man who starts out shooting a buddy's goodbye reception and then gets snared up in "recording" everything that occurs. Runs on pristine adrenaline and by no means lets up, with some excellent stuns and a daunting being. Cast includes Lizzy Caplan, Jessica Lucas, T. J. Miller, Michael Stahl-David, Mike Vogel, Odette Yustman, and Chris Mulkey. (85 minutes, 2008)

Black Like Me: Cast includes James Whitmore, Roscoe Lee Browne, Lenka Petersen, Sorrell Booke, Can Geer, Al Freeman, and Raymond Jacques. Hefty tirade based on real history of journalist who took medications that permitted him to pass for black so he might expetience racial prejudice firsthand. Some facets of presentation are un-contemporary, although topics are still well-timed (107 minutes, 1964)

8MM: Small time surveillance expert Tom Wells is hired to find out if a snuff film is authentic or not. This sends him into the seedy world of pornography. After getting this deep, he has to take it one step further, and go into the darkest corner of the porn world.

The Kingdom: This four hour film is essentially 4 Danish Television shows strung together, set and shot at the genuine Nationwide State Health center in Copenhagen. It is known as "The Empire'. As essentially every critic has pointed out, this is ER meets Double Summits, with crackpot physicians, supernatural goings-on, sex, black humor, etc. A should for those who imagine they've seen everything. Cast includes Ernst-Hugo Jaregard, Kirsten Rolffes, Ghita Norby, Soren Pilmark, Jens Okking, Otto Brandenburg, Baard Owe, and Solbjorg Hojfeldt. (271 minutes, 1994)

Rocky 3: Here the Italian Stallion is skilled by Apollo Creed after being dethroned by rude Clubber Mr. T. Stallone's got a triumphing recipe, however beyond belief. Cast includes Sylvester Stallone, Talia Shire, Burt Youthful, Burgess Meredith, and Carl Waters. (99 minutes, 1982)

Agatha: Unreal presumption on author Agatha Christie's renowned II-night disappearance in 1926. Redgrave is splendid in this sponging up yam, Hoffman oddly miscast as slick American journalist who tracks her down. Cast includes Dustin Hoffman, Vanessa Redgrave, Timothy Dalton, Helen Morse, Celia Gregory, and Paul Brooke. (98 minutes, 1979)

Man in the Chair: Alcoholic down-on-his-fortune, a former office worker meets a disobedient youthful filmmaker at a blurring revival film show. They forge a kinship that leads to a joint effort which additionally revitalizes the lives of few occupants of a motion-image retirement home. Well-meaning tirade is strange at times although a fine aiding cast make it worth a look. Cast includes Christopher Plummer, Michael Angarano, Cast includes Emmet Walsh, Robert Wagner, Joshua Boyd, Tracey Walter, and Ellen Geer. (107 minutes, 2007)

Remember, be creative and use phrases like "Purchase Movie Downloads". If the first search proves ineffective type in something different. "Movie Download Program" would be worth a try.
